A record S$750,000 raised at this year’s Children for Children fundraiser.
The Hong Leong Group of companies was proud to support the 2026 edition of the Children for Children (CFC) fundraiser, which raised a record S$750,000 for The Business Times Budding Artists Fund.
The companies are Hong Leong Foundation, City Developments Limited (CDL), Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), Hong Leong Holdings (HLH), Hong Leong Finance (HLF), and Hong Leong Asia (HLA). Other donors include UBS Singapore and DHL Express Singapore
Currently in its 18th year, the annual Children's Day event brought together nearly 500 children, their families and volunteers for a day of activities at Curiosity Cove, Singapore's largest indoor nature-inspired playscape at Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Over the years, the annual initiative has supported more than 25,000 children and youths and helping to make arts education and creative opportunities more accessible to those from underserved communities.
This year’s record fundraising total was made possible through the generosity of donors and sponsors, including Hong Leong Group, CWT Pte Ltd, the estate of Lim Chin Hua and the Musim Mas Foundation.
Jointly organised by The RICE Company Ltd, The Business Times and CHIJ (Kellock) Primary School, the initiative reflects a shared commitment to empowering young people through the arts, building confidence and creating opportunities for them to realise their potential.
