Snags its first bronze at Food & Hospitality Asia’s Dessert Challenge.

The culinary team at M Hotel Singapore has achieved a proud milestone, securing its first-ever Bronze award at the prestigious Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) Dessert Challenge 2026, one of Asia’s leading pastry and dessert competitions.

Presented in partnership with the Singapore Pastry Alliance and World Association of Chefs’ Societies (or Worldchefs), the FHA Dessert Challenge is regarded as one of Asia’s leading pastry and dessert competition.

M Hotel Singapore’s award-winning presentation, “Whispers of the Forest” Tea Set, impressed judges with its creativity, precision and thoughtful storytelling.



Inspired by themes of health and nature, the team’s award-winning presentation, “Whispers of the Forest” Tea Set (left photo) impressed the FHA judges with its creativity, technical precision and thoughtful execution (right photo).

Inspired by themes of health and nature, the refined afternoon tea concept featured an elegant selection of savouries, French pastries, desserts, healthy cookies, scones and a decorative chocolate showpiece, drawing from the rich flavours and wellness elements associated with forests.

From concept development to final presentation, the pastry team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, innovation and passion for the culinary arts.
