The Singapore EDITION has earned its first One MICHELIN Key in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide hotel selection, recognising the property for its distinctive design, hospitality and overall guest experience. The hotel is one of four new Singapore additions this year, bringing the total number of MICHELIN Key hotels in Singapore to 11.

Introduced in 2024, the MICHELIN Key is the hotel equivalent of the MICHELIN Star for restaurants. MICHELIN Guide inspectors visit hotels anonymously and assess properties against five criteria: excellence in architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, personality and character, value for the price, and the hotel's contribution to its surroundings. A One MICHELIN Key distinction denotes a "very special stay", awarded to hotels that deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The MICHELIN Key recognition comes amid a strong year for The Singapore EDITION. In addition to attaining the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification for its sustainability efforts, the hotel most recently secured the No. 3 spot in the Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards with an outstanding score of 98.15, reflecting its strong appeal among travellers worldwide.

Together, these accolades reinforce The Singapore EDITION's reputation for excellence in hospitality, design and sustainability.

Located on Cuscaden Road near Orchard Road, The Singapore EDITION is the brand’s first hotel in Southeast Asia. The 204-room property blends contemporary design with lush greenery, creating a distinctive urban retreat in the heart of the city. Guests can enjoy dining at signature restaurant Tanica, alongside four bars, a rooftop pool, spa, gym and meeting spaces. Designed by Safdie Architects and DP Architects, the hotel features striking details including a gold-domed lobby and dramatic spiral staircase.
