Saturday evenings take on a seafood-inspired twist at M Social Resort Penang with the launch of “Salmon Madness” — a buffet dinner experience celebrating one of the world’s most versatile and beloved ingredients.

Designed for diners who enjoy variety with a bold twist, the buffet features an extensive spread of Penang favourites, Asian specialities and international classics, all reimagined through salmon-inspired creations. Highlights include Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce, rich and comforting Salmon Head Curry, Salmon & Leek Pie, and Smoked Salmon Fried Rice, alongside a rotating carving station featuring the signature Salmon Wellington.
