To mark its 56th anniversary, Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore has launched a series of special dining and beverage collaborations across its restaurants and lounge, bringing together culinary talents from sister properties in Singapore and Penang. These collaborative menus and anniversary drinks are available through 30 November 2026.

Penang Four-Hands Buffet at Princess Terrace

Princess Terrace teams up with Beast & Butterflies at M Social Resort Penang to present the Penang Four-Hands Buffet, showcasing an expanded selection of authentic Penang favourites and signature dishes from both kitchens.

Buffet lunch is priced from S$60++ per adult and S$30++ per child aged 6–12, while dinner is priced from S$70++ per adult and S$35++ per child, with weekend rates applicable.



At Princess Terrace (left), diners can savour a colourful array of Penang favourites, while Tien Court (right) showcases the distinctive flavours of Teochew and Cantonese cuisine. Both experiences are the result of special collaborations with guest chefs from M Social Resort Penang and Orchard Hotel Singapore.

Jewels of Teochew & Cantonese at Tien Court

At Tien Court, Master Chef Lui Wing Keung joins Master Chef Chung Lap Fai of Hua Ting, Orchard Hotel Singapore, for Jewels of Teochew & Cantonese, a six-course Four-Hands menu that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of both cuisines.

Available for lunch and dinner at S$168++ per person through 30 November 2026.

Anniversary Cocktail & Mocktail Collection at Connections Lounge

The celebrations continue at Connections Lounge with an eight-drink Anniversary Cocktail & Mocktail Collection created in collaboration with The Lobby Lounge at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. Inspired by Penang, Teochew and Cantonese flavours, the collection offers a creative toast to the hotel's 56-year legacy.

Cocktails are priced at S$23++ per glass, with mocktails at S$16++ per glass.
