At Beijing Riviera, community is built through shared experiences and opportunities to come together. Over the past few weeks, a series of social gatherings has brought residents closer, from welcoming returning members and meeting new neighbours to sharing a memorable evening of food and friendship.
The season began with a Welcome Back Party on 29 August, as members returned from their summer getaways. The lively afternoon was filled with conversations and stories from recent travels, while local vendors served delicious food and signature beverages. Younger guests enjoyed face painting and a bouncy castle before families gathered at East Lake Garden as night fell for an outdoor movie under the stars. It was a cheerful start to the new season and a chance for old friends to reconnect.
Members and their families enjoyed an afternoon of food, drinks and fun as Riviera Club kicked off the new season.
On 2 September, the Riviera Club and Beijing Riviera Social Club hosted a relaxed Coffee Morning, welcoming more than 30 residents. Over cups of coffee, newcomers and longtime members shared stories and experiences of life at Riviera, creating new connections and strengthening existing friendships.
The Coffee Morning offered residents a relaxed setting to exchange stories, share experiences and build new connections.
The community spirit continued on 12 September with Riviera’s much-anticipated annual Progressive Dinner. Thirty couples embarked on a unique culinary journey through the neighbourhood, moving from one villa to another to enjoy different courses before coming together for a grand finale at the club’s restaurant, Saveur. More than a dining experience, the evening was a celebration of friendship and the strong bonds between neighbours.
A much-loved Riviera tradition, the annual Progressive Dinner brought neighbours together for an evening filled with delicious food and shared moments.
Together, these gatherings reflect what makes life at Riviera special. Whether reconnecting after the summer, meeting over coffee or sharing a meal across the neighbourhood, each occasion offers residents a chance to connect, create memories and make the community feel even more like home.
