Sales bookings for Lucerne Grand commenced on 3 October 2026, with 350 of the project's 570 (61%) units sold as of 6.00pm on 4 October. Priced at an average of S$2,480 per square foot (psf), the strong take-up reflects continued demand for quality homes in well-connected locations and reflects buyer confidence in Singapore's residential market.
About 93% of the buyers are Singaporeans, while the remaining 7% are Permanent Residents (PRs) from Malaysia, China, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar and South Korea. All unit types were well received, with two, three and four-bedroom premium units being the most popular.
Lucerne Grand is part of a rare mixed-use development directly linked to Lakeside MRT station. Its 570 residences are spread across five 17-storey towers, complemented by Lucerne Galleria on Level 1, which will offer a supermarket and F&B/retail options.
